HUM School Partnership Program

Halifax Urban Ministries works in partnership with Food Brings Hope and Second Harvest Food Bank. HUM provides, packs and delivers food packages to the schools for the families of students that teachers believe have nutritional or hunger challenges at home. For 2017 we are providing food to the following schools.
